I love this wooden tray! First of all, it is wood and has these wonderfully worn handles. And it is covered with this textured moire totally psychedelic pattern of flowing flowery greens and blues that manage not to be too loud or obnoxious but rather earthy and match the mossy paint of the wood. It was an incredible find. See my etsy store: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=30199562
Oh, it's so wonderful to be able to shop without having to leave my kitchen. I can continue baking AND check out the new shirts down in the Boy's department at the department store. And its all right on my huge kitchen television screen, though not in colour... and I do have to hold this microphone thingy. Maybe one day in the future it will all be wireless. Technology sure is making my life so much easier and everything I need to do for my family just so much more convenient, I mean, geez, it's raining outside and here I am, dry as a bone!
This faux wood plaque has fab texture and is so special with its gold highlights. She's a Harlequin, she is! Check her out at my etsy store: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=31122516
One of the many mugshots I found in a closed police precinct in Buffalo in 2000. The building has since been demolished. Many images were rescued by many people and seen by people who lived in the neighborhood as well, as they were put on display one day in the building for my MFA show.
